Two roomies who happened to be foodies.

Two Cooks is brought to you by Nisha and Ata. We are Boston College graduates who met during our freshman year and instantly bonded over our love for travel and food. Although Nisha is now working in fashion tech in NYC while Ata is working at a consulting firm in Dubai, our bond and love for food remain stronger than ever. On any given day you can find at least one of us in the kitchen experimenting with a new cuisine or new ingredients. For us cooking is a distraction from the stress of classes and work, but as we know, good food takes time and money- right?

WRONG.

Whether it be butter paneer, tacos, or banana bread, we believe with the most limited ingredients food can taste great. With this page, we hope to show students and working professionals alike that with just a few untraditional but staple ingredients, they no longer have to eat instant noodles and frozen meals every day.
