Garlic and Herb Pizza

Using Trader Joe's pizza dough to make this cheesy and fresh pizza takes just a few minutes of prep and tastes so good! With a ready-made dough, all you have to do is use your creativity to spice it up!

Ingredients

  • Trader Joe’s Garlic and Herb Pizza Dough (1 pound)

  • ½ cup pizza sauce or to taste

  • Fresh Mozzarella Slices (as much as your heart desires)

  • Onions

  • Mushrooms

  • Spinach

  • Protein of your choice (optional)

  • Seasoning: Garlic Powder, Oregano, Chilli Flakes

  • Feel free to add any other toppings and seasonings of your choice!!

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Lightly grease a large pan with oil. Roll out the dough and stretch to fill the pans. Use your fingers to press and stretch as needed.

  3. Par bake the dough for a few minutes- till it rises/bubbles a little bit.

  4. Remove from oven and add pizza sauce, mozzarella and all your toppings and seasoning. If your using spinach, don’t add that just yet.

  5. Put into the oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden.

  6. Remove from the oven, add spinach and return to oven for about 3 minutes.

  7. Remove from oven, slice and enjoy! Tip: we love to add Trader Joe’s ‘Trader Giotto's Balsamic Glaze’ to our pizza!
