Ingredients
2 corn/wheat tortillas
Ready to Eat Frozen Shrimp
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
Mexican Blend Cheese
Pickled Onions
Lime Juice
Sriracha
Mayo
Instructions
Add olive oil to a pan on medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté until golden brown.
Add shrimp, paprika, salt and pepper and sauté until shrimp is fully cooked. Set aside.
On the same pan place a tortilla and flip when one side is slightly browned.
Add Mexican Blend Cheese and wait for it to melt a little.
Add sautéed shrimp, pickled onions and other toppings of your choice.
Drizzle lime juice, sriracha and mayo.
Transfer to a plate and repeat with second tortilla.
