Ingredients:
Ground Beef
Spaghetti (or noodle of choice)
1 Jar Marinara Sauce
2 Cloves of Garlic
1 Tsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp Chili Flakes
Fresh Basil Leaves (Optional for Garnish)
Parmesan Cheese (Optional for Topping)
Instructions
Boil Pasta: Bring a pot of water to a boil and add noodles. Boil for as long as the box recommends. Drain the pasta.
In a saucepan on medium heat, add olive oil. Once heated, add crushed garlic and chili flakes. Sauteé for about a minute, being careful not to burn the garlic. Next, add the meat and ground into the oil until the pieces of meat are small and cooked through (the meat should appear brown, not pink once cooked). Add the jar of marinara sauce and simmer on low-medium heat for about 5-10 minutes. If you have basil, feel free to add in a few sprigs.
Add the sauce into the pasta bowl and toss.
Serve hot and sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top if desired.
